Dumaguete Studio Apartments is an adult community are mostly retired English-speaking foreigners with Filipina wives and girlfriends. We seek peaceful, quiet, friendly folks who like ultra clean surroundings. Smoking is not allowed on the premises. We do not invite heavy drinkers.
Our enclosed compound is located in Barangay Candau-ay, one of the most quiet, crime-free residents in the Dumaguete area. The neighborhood is upscale and only 300 meters west of El Pueblo Genovivo and Casa Alicia Subdivisions, the two most exclusive subdivisions in Negros Oriental.
Even so, we still have security back-up systems such as five video security cameras set up on 24 hour recorders.
The compound is also surrounded by an electric fence. The large iron entrance gate is locked at night but you will have your own key and be able to come and go at any hour.
Each fully furnished apartment features a separate open-air kitchenette with cooking and laundry facilities and a huge bathroom with "hot" water shower.
The units also have new color television sets, new air conditioners, new fans, telephones, high-speed internet, city water, and cable TV. A modern America

Easy-ride buses and tricycles to and from Dumaguete City pass the front gate every 5 minutes. The trip to the center of town (4 kilometers away) takes six minutes and cost 7 pesos. Just grab a tricycle and tell the driver you want to make a "special trip" to the Dumaguete Studio Apartments on Candau-ay Road 300 meters passed the El Pueblo and Casa Alicia Subdivisions across the street from the entrance to Calvary Chapel Training Center in Barangay Candau-ay. Expect to pay 150 pesos from the airport and 100 pesos from downtown including tip.
